Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Recorder on the EDMS Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a recorder.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the KYC process (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details).
• EDMS reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that provide fraudulent information.

3. Recording Guidelines & Quality Control

All submitted recordings must adhere to the specific task instructions provided in the application. EDMS uses a multi-tier Quality Control (QC) process:

• Approved: Sessions that meet all criteria will be credited to your wallet.
• Rejected: Sessions that fail to meet quality standards (poor lighting, incorrect action, etc.) will not be compensated.
• The decision of the EDMS Audit team is final and binding.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

By uploading a video or image to the EDMS platform, you grant EDMS an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for AI training, research, and commercial purposes. You waive all moral rights to the content upon submission.

5. Payment & Wallet Terms

• Earnings are calculated per approved session based on the Base Pay (INR) specified in the task inventory.
• TDS Compliance: 5% TDS will be deducted for users with a valid PAN. Users without a PAN will be subject to a 20% TDS deduction as per Indian Tax Laws.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold is Rupees 500. Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all task details, environment setups, and internal app features confidential. Sharing screenshots or task briefs with third parties or on social media is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Recorders must not:

• Attempt to bypass security features or use automated scripts to submit tasks.
• Upload pornographic, violent, or illegal content.
• Harass support staff or other platform members.

8. Limitation of Liability

EDMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your participation in recording tasks.
